Federal Pell Grants - Policy

Argue one of four positions on the following federal social program: "FEDERAL PELL GRANTS." 1) Continue funding at existing level 2) Increase funding (explain where the funds should go) 3) Continue funding but at a reduced level (explain how/where the funds should be cut) 4) Cancel program State your position and a very brief summary of your reasons in the first section (which should only be a paragraph).
