Feminism

Feminism is so misunderstood in our society. I am sure that we have diverse responses to feminism. In this essay, you can explore your response to feminism in terms of your thoughts, observations and life journey. This definition sheet, which I distributed early in the semester literature including Bad feminist by Roxanne Gay and Body Outlaws would be appropriate as you reflect on your response to feminism. Be sure to discuss the "Third Wave" feminism and the way it connects with your feminist journey and include researched information. Develop a 10 page paper which grows out of your reading and thinking based on this semesters work. All papers must make some references to readings and possibly films and or class discussions. Your essay must have a works cited page on which you alphabetically list to academic journals, and the two books. You may also use Internet sites and other sources.
