The SWOT analysis part is for the company not for me. Here’s the website for the company http://www.arabianhc.com/en/ . FINAL REPORT GUIDELINES Fin" rel="nofollow">inal Report: The University has no hard rules about the format and style of the fin" rel="nofollow">inal Report. However, it is important that the followin" rel="nofollow">ing is observed: a) Quality is more important than Quantity. A precise 25-page Report that captures the major poin" rel="nofollow">ints well is more impressive than a recycled 60-page report that does not clearly show the student's contribution. b) Be precise. The Report should in" rel="nofollow">include the main" rel="nofollow">in reasons WHY the topic was chosen, what is hoped to be achieved, and the conclusions drawn from the experience. c) Incorporation of your Sponsorin" rel="nofollow">ing Company Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">into the Report. Very often the fin" rel="nofollow">inal submitted Report seems to be composed of two totally unrelated parts – one dealin" rel="nofollow">ing with what happened at the company, and the next bein" rel="nofollow">ing a Technical Report. Try to "tie" the two together, by identifyin" rel="nofollow">ing what have been the major issues you observed durin" rel="nofollow">ing your formal train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing that supported the relevant theories that you took at PMU, or disproved them. This would make your train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing analysis more realistic and showed that you are aware of broader issues. d) Please quote references where appropriate and try to widen your bibliography to beyond a few casual in" rel="nofollow">internet searches. Our library is rich in" rel="nofollow">in books and journals. HELPFUL TIPS FOR WRITING A GOOD INTERNSHIP REPORT 1. Make sure to follow the coop report format and contents outlin" rel="nofollow">ines below. 2. Make sure that you write your report to be understood by a layman and not your advisor. 3. Proofread your report before submission. Make sure it is free of spellin" rel="nofollow">ing and grammatical errors. 4. Avoid havin" rel="nofollow">ing orphan lin" rel="nofollow">ines at the end of pages. You cannot have a title at the very end of the page. In addition, you need to have at least two lin" rel="nofollow">ines of a paragraph at the end of every page. 7. Be systematic and consistent in" rel="nofollow">in your writin" rel="nofollow">ing style: in" rel="nofollow">in usin" rel="nofollow">ing font type, font size, headin" rel="nofollow">ing numberin" rel="nofollow">ing, spacin" rel="nofollow">ing, showin" rel="nofollow">ing hierarchy of titles, citin" rel="nofollow">ing reference, justification, in" rel="nofollow">indentation, page numberin" rel="nofollow">ing, footnotin" rel="nofollow">ing, etc. 8. Make sure that every figure or table is referenced at least once in" rel="nofollow">in the body of the report. 12. There is no maximum or min" rel="nofollow">inimum number of pages for the coop report. Be sure to address your topic adequately. Your grade is not directly lin" rel="nofollow">inked to the size of the report. 13. Make sure to cite every source of in" rel="nofollow">information used in" rel="nofollow">in the body of the report. Be sure to identify in" rel="nofollow">information that is extracted as is from another source. Try your best in" rel="nofollow">in highlightin" rel="nofollow">ing the limitations of your project/report. Provide some in" rel="nofollow">information on how to improve it. 17. If you have done more than one project, try to focus on the major one and make it your main" rel="nofollow">in project after gettin" rel="nofollow">ing approval from your coop advisor. The other project(s) can be briefly in" rel="nofollow">included in" rel="nofollow">in the report. If your projects are relatively small and of the same size, you may need to describe them all. Be sure to consult your advisor on the matter. 18. Make sure, at all times, to have at least one backup copy of your electronic file of the report. 19.
