From the student perspective, my recommendation would be for Florida Tech to outsource their LMS to Canvas because Canvas is an LMS that has been used by many
learning institutions and have proven workflows and processes. From an IT strategist perspective, I would recommend that Florida Tech builds its own LMS which
they will have full control thus securing information as well as manage their expenses because in the long-run in-house LMS will be more cost-effective as
compared to paying for Canvas’ services.
