Food Discovery: Ethiopian Coffee
For my fourth challenge, I decided to explore the world of Ethiopian coffee. I had heard about the rich coffee culture in Ethiopia and was intrigued to try a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony.
I visited a local Ethiopian restaurant in Nairobi to experience the coffee ceremony. The setting was authentic, with traditional Ethiopian decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
I chose Ethiopian coffee because of its reputation for being one of the best coffees in the world. I was curious to taste the unique flavor profile and experience the cultural significance of the coffee ceremony.
