What's your topic?
My topic is coming up with a way or a system that will help with with inventory and supplies that are ordered
and managed on site.
Who is your audience (identify the decision makers who would make the decision to implement, postpone, or
reject your recommendation)?
My audience would be the pharmacy administration, inventory manager, and pharmacy drug buyer
What is purpose of your recommendation report?
The purpose of the report is to present an easier way to keep track of inventory and supplies in the pharmacies
and due to there are multiple pharmacies in the hospital there isn't always a easy way to keep up with which
area has what. Knowing would make it easier because there wouldn't be overage and shortage on things that
are used daily and high demand.
What are the potential benefits of your recommendation to your audience?
Once I have put all the benefits of having an actual system and not keeping track manually and maybe having
a designated person or team that will be in charge of keeping up with it instead of just having different
employees ordering and not exactly sure of what products are.
What are your main concerns, if any, about writing your recommendation report?
A couple of concerns that I have are making sure that i can prove how beneficial it can be with a system that
will keep track instead of paper forms. Coming up with a system or presenting one that will be cost effective or
creating one myself.
