Forming Project Teams

This module discussed three methods of forming project teams: by hiring in-house teams, through consultant agreements, and through partnerships. Applying what you have learned in this module, please answer the following questions: 1. What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of these different methods of forming a project team? Think about the firm's perspective. Think about the client's perspective. 2. Which method of team formation do you think would be the most appropriate for the sole proprietorship, and why? For an LLC? For a corporation? 3. Why do you think project coordination among the designer, consultants, and the client is so critical to the development of a successful project?
Purpose: To demonstrate understanding of the various methods of forming project teams, and the importance of team coordination.
