Forms of communication in brand and websites
1) Think of your favorite retailers- How have they integrated their channel system? How would you like their channels to
be integrated? Do you use multiple channels from them? Why or why not?
2) Pick a brand and go to its website ( REVOLVE-com)- Locate as many forms of communication as you can find on the
website- Conduct an informal communications audit- What do you notice? How consistent are the different
communications in working towards a consist method?
