Explain the steps included for each stage (Initiation, Elongation, and Termination)for both transcription and Translation. Name/describe the template and product for each process? Mention the location of each process. Indicate if you are explaining gene expression in Prokaryotic cells or Eukaryotic cells.Terms to include: Template strand(DNA), mRNA, amino acid, codon (stop, start, and in general), ribosome, RNA polymerase, Sigma Factor or Transcription Factors, genes, promoter, tRNA, promoter, exons and introns, Poly A and 5’ cap (if applicable).
