Growing Cities

Identify and discuss three reasons that people migrate to urban areas in the developing world Identify two of the major problems faced by cities that are caused by migration and/or rapid urban growth. Discuss your theory concerning the issues that make rural to urban migration a difficult problem for governments to deal with. Choose a developing country and discuss urban migration there. Be sure to tell us the reasons people migrate and who migrates. It is not always the case that entire families migrate. Often only the husband migrates or a wife or daughter migrates.
