PLEASE follow the instructions below:
Each student will choose a geo-cultural area and research/write a paper (7 pages in length/7 sources) that examines the role/significance of the guitar
in a representative style and genre. Students will need to cite readings as secondary sources and are encouraged to use first-hand accounts of some
kind (i.e., personal statements, interviews, casual commentary) as primary source material. MLA citation format is required. This serves as a
cumulative final for the course.
