Based on your obtained results and findings of the first week you will prepare an outline for a HSR while addressing following points. A description on what is a
health status report or how it is prepared will be provided to you along with the designated week 2 assignment online link for submission. In the outline you will
gather information by doing your own research on FIU library resources. A typical outline will contain 3-5 sentences on any significant information, data collected in
the first week of this course under each of the headings shown below. This is a tentative outline which can be adapted based on your assigned topic.
