Choose a diagnosis which causes either systolic or diastolic heart failure:  Describe the key presentin" rel="nofollow">ing signs and symptoms expected for your chosen diagnosis.  Explain" rel="nofollow">in the aetiology and the pathophysiology of your chosen diagnosis in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing both acute changes and chronic changes.  Explain" rel="nofollow">in the pathophysiology behin" rel="nofollow">ind the presentin" rel="nofollow">ing symptoms.  Provide an ECG that the patient with your diagnosis may present with. Please also provide the in" rel="nofollow">interpretation of the ECG.  Explain" rel="nofollow">in current paramedic management for your chosen diagnosis usin" rel="nofollow">ing current CPGs from 2 Australian states. Provide rationales for your in" rel="nofollow">interventions relatin" rel="nofollow">ing them to the anatomy, physiology and /or pathophysiology, critiquin" rel="nofollow">ing the CPGs usin" rel="nofollow">ing current research.
