Since you are writing this job description, you must justify your rationale for the information presented. For example, consider the following questions:
Why did you decide to employ full-time, part-time, or a mixture of both workers?
Why did you decide to pay the salary amount offered?
Why do you believe that the competencies noted are important for your workers to possess?
