The result of blood tests the week before the procedure are: INR 2.7, Platelet count 100x109/L Creatinine 40 pmol/L Urea 10 mmol/L The rest of the tests are within normal range. describe the whole process that you would recommend to preparing this patient for the procedure. Explain the rationale behind your recommendations.
