  Description       Describe an event (More than one) in history you think were the most unpredictable.( Irma, because it started out heading in one direction and change, Stephen Paddock (Vegas), Army veteran John Robert Neumann (Guy Club shooting in FL). Explain why. Explain whether leaders could have done anything to prepare for such an event. Why, or why not? Describe events in history you believe were predictable but the warning signs were ignored due to blind spots or a lack of imagination. Explain what leaders might have done to be better prepared for such an event.
