Is an IO cell utilized by various organizations such as CENTCOM, SOCOM, etc., the best model for conducting operations at a combatant command or service center? If not, what would be a better process or model for conducting IO combat operations?
Part 2:
Is the Intelligence Community organized to support IO? Is utilizing the standard six phases and the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace the best methodology in an IO environment? If not, what would work better?
