In a nutshell she ended up dying at this facility and dr. Shah never called the family to explain what
happened to my mom. He was paged 4 times and never responded to the page for a call back.
It took 2 days for another dr. To call me and tell me what happened based on notes! . We endured
unnessecary pain and anxiety waiting for the dr to call us to say what happened. Explain that this is
unprofessional and unacceptable. And how sad and angry we feel that this is the level of care we received
at this facility. My mom was ther for 4 days before she died and no one ever ever called to express
condolences or say what went wrong! We got a call from the chaplain only to request funeral pick up
arrangements.
