A conflict the hospitality industry faces is attracting and retaining adequate/talented employees. With this
problem, I plan to focus solely on the hotel industry. To gather this evidence, I will look at several hotel
companies such as Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt and compare techniques and its results. I plan to discuss
strategies employers and companies use to attract new hires, boost employee morale and productivity,
and retain top skills and talented employees.
