Explore how family policy affects gender equality, and different countries have different cultural backgrounds, four representative countries were selected: Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. They were selected because they represent Nordic family-friendly Model, free market-led model, conservative model, Mediterranean family-led model. Data were collected and compared according to the family policies of the selected countries, including paternity leave, maternity leave, parental leave, and financial subsidies, etc. Evaluate the impact of family policies on gender equality through the father ’s use of parental leave, female employment rates and family employment patterns.
