Your post should begin with a brief summary of the article. The best way to present this is probably as bullet
points. Describe the main point of the article, the method if it is a study (did the authors do interviews?
experiments? surveys? something else?--no need to get into the statistics!), and what we can learn from the study or the author's suggestions. Example of what this summary might look like:
"This study examines how internal and external stakeholders' communication can pressure an organization into
making changes."
"The author uses a case study to explore the issue, including information from newspapers, press releases,
and social media."
"From this case, organizational leaders can learn how important it is to monitor stakeholder enacted crisis
communication, to listen to all stakeholders, and to take crises seriously early."
Pose several discussion questions tying the article to the course material. You may also want to share links to
other sources or reference other readings from class.
