Each student will prepare a paper on a current human resource issue facing organizations. The assignment
requires you to present a persuasive argument supporting your position.
Your paper will be graded on content, grammar, spelling, and the clear, logical, complete, and articulate
presentations of your position. Your grade will reflect how well you are able to persuade the reader using facts,
logic, and research finding (your opinion without evidence will not gain any points) as well as the integration of
