Based on the success of Kylie’s cosmetics business and knowing that she wishes to return to work following the birth of her first child, Simon decides he wants to secure Kylie’s exclusive participation as a mentor to the contestants for next season at a fee of £5,000,000. Kylie expresses interest in accepting the job but tells Simon she will need a full time nanny whilst she works on the show. Simon agrees to this and the provision of a full time nanny is included in the contract which is written in accordance with English Law.
