Human Resources and Change

This post has two assignments as follows; 1. Human Resources and Change The major responsibilities of human resources management (FIRM) are attracting, developing, and maintaining a quality workforce. Research an organization, in need of a change and present how one can manage the change process by incorporating the three essential duties of HRM. Choose one subsystem to change and address the following in your paper: Provide an overview of the organization you have chosen including three subsystems of the organization, three stakeholders of the organization, and the reason for selecting this organization. What one major organizational subsystem needs to be changed in the organization? Justify your choice. How does it compare to a similar successful organization? How will the subsystem change affect the two other subsystems within the organization that you have identified and how will you realign the total system? Identify and explain how you would ensure that the proposed change will satisfy any three stakeholders of the organization? 2. Socrates moral code Walter Mosley's always outnumbered, always outgunned is a short story collection wherein the main character, Socrates, is presented with a moral problem at the outset of each story. In your view, does Socrates have a moral code? In other words, does he have some basic rules that he lives by? If you feel that Socrates does have a moral code, explain what this code is, what are these rules that he lives by? What are some examples in the stories that you have read where Socrates bases his decisions upon his moral code? If you feel that Socrates is without a moral code, give examples from the stories where his actions are morally inconsistent.
