Context

Instructions
Your implementation plan design will be the third section of your fin" rel="nofollow">inal project submission. The goal for this is to design a plan that will allow your in" rel="nofollow">intervention to be implemented in" rel="nofollow">in your target population and settin" rel="nofollow">ing. You should be able to preserve the quality improvement outcomes that you designed for your target population and settin" rel="nofollow">ing while also ensurin" rel="nofollow">ing that the in" rel="nofollow">intervention does not put undue stress on the health care settin" rel="nofollow">ing's resources or violate any policies or regulations. Provide enough detail so that the faculty member assessin" rel="nofollow">ing your implementation plan design will be able to provide substantive feedback that you will be able to in" rel="nofollow">incorporate in" rel="nofollow">into the fin" rel="nofollow">inal draft of your project.
