Important considerations for the environment as sustainable source of power

One of the most important considerations for the environment is known to be the use of sustainable sources of power. In particular, the abusive use of oil, coal, and other fossil fuels negatively impacts the quality of the air and health of the people. Moreover, one may mention that there are different alternatives which may provide the same power and be environmentally-friendly. Namely. I hope that in the future all cars and machines will be operating using the electricity instead of the fossil fuels. This change would exclude the harmful emissions and provide the cleaner environment for the people and other life forms (Alternative Fuels Data Center). In addition, I consider that the use of the alternative fuels may be more effective and would involve fewer spending on the transportation and utilization of sources of powers. All in all, due to the harmful effect of the fossil fuels and the complexity of their extraction, I hope that The reason why I have developed the hope for the alternative sources of power is my appreciation of the electric and hybrid cars. Namely, these cars are considered to not only cheap but also the significant step in making our environment cleaner. Although some of the people consider that the majority of electric cars are not aesthetically attractive as already established models, the new electric cars by Tesla managed to ruin this stereotype. These cars have the expensive and luxury look and yet positively contribute to the environment (Berndt). Therefore, with the combination of design and sustainable technologies people would not even consider buying cars that operate on oil fuel. In order to proceed with this change, the car manufacturers have to implement this idea into their business and produce only environmentally friendly cars. As a result, people will enjoy the clean air and convenience of the electric transportation. Questions for discussion: 1) Why should people consider buying electric cars over ones that use oil fuel? 2) Is it possible for the government to redevelop all factories to be running on the sustainable sources of power? 3) What is the biggest challenge in using electricity as the source of power?
