You're signed up for Indigenous Rights and Health. That means you could look at any native group (indigenous means an original group before esp. white settlers and colonists arrives), such as Native Americans in North America, Alaskan and/or Hawaiian natives; Central or S. American tribes; Australian aborigines, New Zealand Maoris.
Choose a couple of groups, learn about their legal rights and what shape their health is in. This could include their mental and spiritual health, as well as what we traditionally call 'physical health'. For example, if you choose one or two particular tribes (or 'nations') in the U.S.--what shape are they in, what diseases hit them the hardest, where do they go if they need medical attention, how
are they doing with Covid-19? (Suggestion: There is a Navajo reservation in Arizona that during the summer had the highest transmission rate of the virus in the whole country. Find out what happened.)
