Individual Project Plan
As a culmin" rel="nofollow">inatin" rel="nofollow">ing project, this assignment has two parts: an executive summary and a project plan created in" rel="nofollow">in either MS Project (PC) or Apple Merlin" rel="nofollow">in (MAC). Those experiencin" rel="nofollow">ing problems with Project software may complete this portion of the assignment in" rel="nofollow">in Excel. Use prior course in" rel="nofollow">information and data gathered for your CLC Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Plan to complete this assignment.
Write an executive summary of your CLC Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Plan. The executive summary should only be a maximum of two pages.
Write a project plan in" rel="nofollow">in Microsoft Project or Apple Merlin" rel="nofollow">in. Excel may be substituted as needed.
Examin" rel="nofollow">ine your CLC Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Plan: Extract the distin" rel="nofollow">inct activities needed to start up the busin" rel="nofollow">iness: (a) Identify tasks needed to complete the project. (b) Develop a completion schedule. (c) Assign resources to project tasks.
Be creative. For example: If your plan calls for three nurses, you will need to plan for hirin" rel="nofollow">ing, and train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing. Create arbitrary timelin" rel="nofollow">ines for each activity. They could be very general (2 weeks to hire, 2 weeks to train" rel="nofollow">in) or they could dive much deeper (1 week to write hirin" rel="nofollow">ing ad, 1 week to place ad, 2 weeks to accept applications, 1 week to review, 3 weeks for in" rel="nofollow">interviews, 1 week for offer-letters, 2 weeks to establish in" rel="nofollow">in HR system, etc.). Do this for each section of the CLC Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Plan.

Unfortunately i haven't received my team members draft for the section: Busin" rel="nofollow">iness and Industry Profile but I hope this won't be a problem.The rest of my team's section tasks are attached for your reference.
