Problems Involved: Amazon is looking to keep employees satisfied and retain them for a longer period of time, but the company has been suffering from records of high turnover rates. A poor past performance in the company’s human resources management is known to be one of the many factors for being unable to control the turnover rate, let alone in the short run. Amazon is currently looking for practices to implement that would reduce and control the high-turnover rate in the long run, along with increasing and maintaining their retention rate. In addition, the company is also looking to improve their direction, reputation, and record in terms of human resources management.
