coverage in Minnesota to coverage in Texas.
Analyze the data and provide a response to the following

1. Produce a histogram to compare the two states. Discuss if Minnesota and Texas appear to have similar
   coverage types.
2. Produce a Pareto chart for the two states. Discuss what these charts indicate.
3. Calculate and discuss what the probability is that a resident of Minnesota or Texas will be uninsured?
   Insured? Insured by Medicare or Medicaid.
4. Calculate the 95% CI for the proportion of uninsured in Texas. In Minnesota. Calculate what is the 99% CI.
5. Calculate and discuss what the 99% CI for the difference in the two proportions?
6. Discuss your thoughts on the following statement: “Living in Texas causes more people to be uninsured”.
   What other information would be helpful to validate or dispute this statement.
