Inter-governmental organization seeking development through peace in Liberia

The role of Inter-governmental Organizations has become critically important in International Development since the collapsed of the Cold War. Who were the dormant actors (domestically and internationally)? How did the different interests amongst the actors collide? How were the different interests accommodated to ensure sustainable peace and development?
