Intercultural Leadership
1. Consider a leadership position for which you are currently preparin" rel="nofollow">ing or one that you hope to have in" rel="nofollow">in the future (or one that you currently hold, if applicable).
I've chosen the leadership role of: President & Founder of a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Company. That will be the base of this paper.
2. Describe the diverse organization (busin" rel="nofollow">iness, community, team, family, etc.) you might lead in" rel="nofollow">in the future (7 poin" rel="nofollow">ints). Describe the purpose of the organization and the nature of its members' diversity (7 poin" rel="nofollow">ints). Describe the identity that you will brin" rel="nofollow">ing to that position (6 poin" rel="nofollow">ints). Refer back to your pie chart (6 poin" rel="nofollow">ints) from module 1 and in" rel="nofollow">insights and knowledge you've gain" rel="nofollow">ined from the class, etc
3. Within" rel="nofollow">in the context of your future leadership position (in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing challenges and opportunities, the nature of diversity within" rel="nofollow">in the organization, etc.), describe your approach (10 poin" rel="nofollow">ints) to leadership and the strategies (10 poin" rel="nofollow">ints) you will utilize given your personality and other characteristics identified above. Refer to the readin" rel="nofollow">ings on leadership here.
4. Relate your discussion to at least three of the module 7 readin" rel="nofollow">ings. Discuss important readin" rel="nofollow">ings, articles, in" rel="nofollow">insights and knowledge gain" rel="nofollow">ined from this class in" rel="nofollow">in general (9 poin" rel="nofollow">ints)
5. Discuss any change in" rel="nofollow">in your CQ cultural in" rel="nofollow">intelligence score after takin" rel="nofollow">ing the post-test (10 poin" rel="nofollow">ints).

Papers should be between 3 pages (min" rel="nofollow">inimum) and 6 pages (maximum), be double spaced and use 12 pt font. Remember to in" rel="nofollow">incorporate your readin" rel="nofollow">ings in" rel="nofollow">into your paper and use in" rel="nofollow">in-text citations. Poin" rel="nofollow">ints will be deducted if proper citations are not used. No separate works cited page is needed here unless you use other sources than I provided you. Aim to use your own words, but when you quote or paraphrase, remember that in" rel="nofollow">in addition to in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing the author and date in" rel="nofollow">in the citation, you also need to in" rel="nofollow">include the page number of the quote: (Smith, 2015, p.1). After completin" rel="nofollow">ing your paper submit it by clickin" rel="nofollow">ing the 'Paper 7' lin" rel="nofollow">ink above.
