report addressing the following requirements.
Choose a real private sector organisation which is currently trading, but has experienced challenges such
as a decline in growth &/or profits. Consider how the internal environment, particularly the existing
organisational behaviour, has contributed to the challenges experienced. Create a report and suggest a
change plan for how the organisation might change to improve their performance, through engaging and
motivating their staff. It is suggested that students should pick 3 or 4 aspects of organisational behaviour
in relation to the topics covered in this module .
