As well assessin" rel="nofollow">ing the SWOT analyses you submitted in" rel="nofollow">in the begin" rel="nofollow">innin" rel="nofollow">ing. Week-by-week report combin" rel="nofollow">ined with analysis of the workplace and completed work. Develop log: Analysis of Weekly Activities Week 1 Organization Overview UAE Armed Forces is a leadin" rel="nofollow">ing government entity that strives to meet the global age security needs of the UAE. UAE Armed Forces obtain" rel="nofollow">ined an official authorization from the government to operate under the umbrella of security within" rel="nofollow">in the Interior and Defense Min" rel="nofollow">inistries. It has teamed up with the Min" rel="nofollow">inistries to secure the country both in" rel="nofollow">inside and outside. Durin" rel="nofollow">ing my in" rel="nofollow">internship, I was stationed in" rel="nofollow">in the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects Department, Follow Up Section under the HR Advisor’s supervision Dr. Ismail AlBloushi. The unit specializes in" rel="nofollow">in plannin" rel="nofollow">ing, promotin" rel="nofollow">ing, and managin" rel="nofollow">ing sensitive projects that match the objectives of the Armed Forces’ future needs. Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects Department’s structure comprises of the Head of the Department, Head of Sections, Supervisors and employees. This structure facilitates the Department to deliver its strategic objectives, develop in" rel="nofollow">integrated solutions, main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">in an efficacious framework, and build customer relationships. The aim of the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects Department is to be recognized as a leader in" rel="nofollow">in projects managin" rel="nofollow">ing and in" rel="nofollow">in deliverin" rel="nofollow">ing security solutions. Its objective in" rel="nofollow">include: 1) Monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing projects to ensure guidelin" rel="nofollow">ines are main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">ined, 2) handlin" rel="nofollow">ing different projects at a time, and 3) Contributin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in contract negotiations relatin" rel="nofollow">ing to (security & strategy). Personal Goals and SWOT Analysis From the in" rel="nofollow">internship, I in" rel="nofollow">intend to achieve the followin" rel="nofollow">ing objectives: 1) learn from a leadin" rel="nofollow">ing name in" rel="nofollow">in terms of deliverin" rel="nofollow">ing security solutions, 2) evaluate and apply theory in" rel="nofollow">into practice, 3) comprehend the complex workin" rel="nofollow">ing environment, and 4) ensure the safety of the UAE. To achieve these goals, I will leverage my personal strengths and opportunities, but manage my weaknesses and threats. In light of my strengths, I am a good planner, with good problem-solvin" rel="nofollow">ing skills for managin" rel="nofollow">ing projects. Alongside outstandin" rel="nofollow">ing communication and presentation skills, I am creative in" rel="nofollow">in developin" rel="nofollow">ing new plans and strategies, and can work under pressure. However, I fear change, and lack such skills as usin" rel="nofollow">ing some project management tools. I am also slow at revealin" rel="nofollow">ing weaknesses that raise red flags. My greatest opportunities are gain" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing new experience and workin" rel="nofollow">ing within" rel="nofollow">in a culturally diverse workin" rel="nofollow">ing environment. Besides, I will be able to travel and attend in" rel="nofollow">international events. Within" rel="nofollow">in the Department, I will work with highly experienced people with authority. These, further, threaten me bein" rel="nofollow">ing transferred to a different unit. Analysis of Weekly Activities This week in" rel="nofollow">involved meetin" rel="nofollow">ing with the Department HR for placement and acquain" rel="nofollow">intin" rel="nofollow">ing myself with the company procedures. The UAE Armed Forces has various departments requirin" rel="nofollow">ing different expertise. To further ensure that every in" rel="nofollow">intern has an opportunity for career development, the Department assigned me a supervisor (HR Advisor) as well. The week was a great opportunity for acquain" rel="nofollow">intin" rel="nofollow">ing myself with the entire Department. It was imperative that I acquire the hands-on skills for monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing projects with the follow-up section team to main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">in the guidelin" rel="nofollow">ines. Accordin" rel="nofollow">ingly, a group of facilitators train" rel="nofollow">ined and encouraged me (along with other in" rel="nofollow">interns) to build and develop the necessary technical skills. The approach are encouraged a secure, sociable, and professional workin" rel="nofollow">ing environment. Later in" rel="nofollow">in the week, I implemented the acquired skills and learned to use the tools for managin" rel="nofollow">ing various projects at a time. Main" rel="nofollow">inly, we learned the Program Evaluation Review Technique. It is one of the most common project management tools, besides the Gantt chart. PERT is a tool for defin" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing, plannin" rel="nofollow">ing, and controllin" rel="nofollow">ing different tasks for completin" rel="nofollow">ing a project. By learnin" rel="nofollow">ing to use the tool, the Department prepared me to drive project by ensurin" rel="nofollow">ing activities are carried out accordin" rel="nofollow">ing to the defin" rel="nofollow">ined progress, quality, and regulatory expectations. Fully, I applied the acquired skills and knowledge. We used the Department standard procedures to defin" rel="nofollow">ine, plan, and control those tasks. This practical participation was crucial for developin" rel="nofollow">ing, assessin" rel="nofollow">ing, followin" rel="nofollow">ing-up projects, and negotiatin" rel="nofollow">ing contracts within" rel="nofollow">in the Security and Strategy area. I believe that the second week will be an in" rel="nofollow">invaluable learnin" rel="nofollow">ing and networkin" rel="nofollow">ing opportunity to develop my future career. Week 2 Durin" rel="nofollow">ing the first week, I began to acquain" rel="nofollow">int myself with the department under my new supervisor who was supportive throughout my second week, as well, at the section. This week (Week 2), it was imperative that I contin" rel="nofollow">inue knowin" rel="nofollow">ing the organization, especially the department I was assigned to. The HR Advisor and the department at large demonstrated attentiveness to ensure I developed my future career. This week, I embarked on developin" rel="nofollow">ing my career not only as an in" rel="nofollow">intern, but also for the future. I contin" rel="nofollow">inued to learn how to apply the Program Evaluation Review Technique and the Gantt Chart within" rel="nofollow">in the department. Crucially, I used those tools to contin" rel="nofollow">inue monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing projects in" rel="nofollow">involved in" rel="nofollow">in combatin" rel="nofollow">ing crisis management, in" rel="nofollow">in terms of their progress, quality, and regulatory expectations. To, further ensure I develop my career, I ensured project clarity by leveragin" rel="nofollow">ing the Gantt chart, as well as my in" rel="nofollow">invaluable communication skills. All through, my supervisor was very attentive and supportive to ensure that I conduct my activities, in" rel="nofollow">in accordance with the Admin" rel="nofollow">in & Projects Department policies and standards. This way, I was able to remain" rel="nofollow">in not only professional, but also ethical in" rel="nofollow">in all my responsibilities. Indeed, the department is a career developer. I also had a chance to make new friends within" rel="nofollow">in my section. At the moment, I have three professional acquain" rel="nofollow">intances who guide and assist me in" rel="nofollow">in my admin" rel="nofollow">inistrative support activities. For in" rel="nofollow">instance, in" rel="nofollow">in day 2, I misprin" rel="nofollow">inted my log-in" rel="nofollow">in password, and was locked out of the system. I was nervous because I assumed that would raise a red flag. One of my acquain" rel="nofollow">intances was swift to attend to my situation, notwithstandin" rel="nofollow">ing, and I was back on the system. It was simply a technical error. Meanwhile, there was an impendin" rel="nofollow">ing deadlin" rel="nofollow">ine to meet that week. Everyone in" rel="nofollow">in the department was under pressure to achieve the project deliverables. Bein" rel="nofollow">ing good at workin" rel="nofollow">ing under such conditions, I viewed all the projects in" rel="nofollow">in the unit, leveragin" rel="nofollow">ing the requisite tools. Indeed, the Admin" rel="nofollow">in & Projects Department is goal-oriented. All the project teams exercised due diligence and commitment to achieve the project deliverables in" rel="nofollow">in time. Not a sin" rel="nofollow">ingle employee slacked. As Goldberg (2011), main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">ins, goal-oriented departments ensure teamwork to achieve its objectives. My most in" rel="nofollow">intriguin" rel="nofollow">ing moments were attendin" rel="nofollow">ing meetin" rel="nofollow">ings to see how thin" rel="nofollow">ings work. As we strived to meet the deadlin" rel="nofollow">ines, on day 4, I was given an opportunity to report on the project progress. At first, I was a bit anxious. However, I unleashed my presentin" rel="nofollow">ing skills articulated the report with precision. Everyone clapped for me at the end of the presentation. The head of the department was quite impressed: “That was a good job Mohamed,” he affirmed after my presentation. Actually, the workin" rel="nofollow">ing environment is supportive and believes in" rel="nofollow">in upliftin" rel="nofollow">ing others. The meetin" rel="nofollow">ings were advanced opportunities for me to establish my professional networks. For me, it gave an in" rel="nofollow">indication to whom I should rely on. Specifically, the department head, as well as the project team manager, are people that can assist me in" rel="nofollow">in developin" rel="nofollow">ing my future career. Such supportive and confidence-liftin" rel="nofollow">ing leaders motivate their employees to embark passionately in" rel="nofollow">in any given task (Goldberg, 2011). To further demonstrate their confidence in" rel="nofollow">in me, I was asked to select two projects to supervise from week 3. I selected the Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and the Platform Communication Systems for the Military Vehicles. Retrieved Jun 24, 2016 >https://www.eremedia.com/tlnt/6-ways-you-can-help-your-employees-facilitate-their-career-success/<. Week 3 In the third week all the in" rel="nofollow">interns were expected to have familiarized with the Organization operations and within" rel="nofollow">in their respective departments. The Organization offers a supportive environment for the in" rel="nofollow">interns to leverage their skills with reference to plannin" rel="nofollow">ing, communication skills, strategies, project management and problem solvin" rel="nofollow">ing among others, in" rel="nofollow">in a manner that is applicable in" rel="nofollow">in the real work environment. Interns workin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Project Department have a chance to in" rel="nofollow">interact with some of the processes of project management. Some of the two main" rel="nofollow">in projects that the Department was workin" rel="nofollow">ing on were on Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and Platform Communication Systems for the Military Vehicles. Crisis management is a constant aspect within" rel="nofollow">in the military and thus the project is designed to make sure that operations run as smoothly as possible for the client. The train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing on crisis management captures some of the most crucial aspects of the operations and the subtle nature of military operations. Among the main" rel="nofollow">in aspects that are covered in" rel="nofollow">in the train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">include the in" rel="nofollow">introduction to crisis management, in" rel="nofollow">incidence management, crisis leadership, team buildin" rel="nofollow">ing, crisis communication protocols, social media protocols, log keepin" rel="nofollow">ing, support, in" rel="nofollow">information management, situational awareness and decision makin" rel="nofollow">ing when under pressure. The platform communication system on the other hand, is a project that captures the efficiency, effectiveness and the in" rel="nofollow">integrity required by the military. The platform communication system in" rel="nofollow">in the case allows the military troops to communicate much faster, safer and securely regardless of the demand of the situation that they may fin" rel="nofollow">ind themselves in" rel="nofollow">in the system is designed to fit al heavy, medium armored vehicles, light vehicles as well as soviet designed vehicles. The system is designed in" rel="nofollow">in such a way that it is easy to in" rel="nofollow">install, with setup procedures that are easy to follow for both technical and the general staff. Full controls in" rel="nofollow">in all the aspects of communication are offered to the crew. This means that the crews have access to features such as contin" rel="nofollow">inuous fault monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing as well as warnin" rel="nofollow">ing, in" rel="nofollow">individual control of the radio monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing and selection, in" rel="nofollow">intercom access, in" rel="nofollow">individual volume controls selective callin" rel="nofollow">ing, displays, VoIP and Ethernet connectivity. The key holder in" rel="nofollow">in the Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing relates to gettin" rel="nofollow">ing the teams to be prepared for any form of crisis. Ideally the various members are supposed to understand their part in" rel="nofollow">in the crisis management procedures. This way they are able to play part of the team with reference to the various operations and protocols. The train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing is designed to last three weeks and cost the client an estimated xxxxxxx AED. The Platform Communication System on the other hand is designed safety, efficiency and in" rel="nofollow">integrity as the key holder. These are crucial aspects of the projects relative to the sensitivity of the in" rel="nofollow">information that is bein" rel="nofollow">ing shared. The time lin" rel="nofollow">ine for the in" rel="nofollow">installation, testin" rel="nofollow">ing and implementation of the system is estimated at six months. The system is estimated to cost the client approximately xxxxxxxx AED. The in" rel="nofollow">interns were required to join" rel="nofollow">in the team to work with the different aspects of the project. Each one was assigned a portion of the project which they were required to review. Each one was required to make sure that they complete their reviews in" rel="nofollow">in four weeks and present their evaluation reports by the end of the fifth week. Those in" rel="nofollow">in the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects department were required to review the Platform Communication System and the Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing under the supervisor guidance and rules. At the personal level, the in" rel="nofollow">interns were supposed to observe in" rel="nofollow">integrity and professionalism along with quality presentation skills. From the in" rel="nofollow">interaction with the two projects in" rel="nofollow">interns were able to in" rel="nofollow">internalize much of what they have learned in" rel="nofollow">in theory in" rel="nofollow">into real operations within" rel="nofollow">in the security and strategy studies. In the fourth week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns will be required to follow on the two projects to establish their success along with skills gain" rel="nofollow">ined and enhanced. Week 4 In the fourth week, I will be required to follow up on the two main" rel="nofollow">in projects that the Department was workin" rel="nofollow">ing on were on Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and Platform Communication Systems for the Military Vehicles to establish their success along with skills gain" rel="nofollow">ined and enhanced. I won't be able to do that this week because of the public holiday "Eid Al Fiter" but we would start workin" rel="nofollow">ing on them from next week. Week 5 Durin" rel="nofollow">ing the fourth week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns were required to follow up on the two main" rel="nofollow">in projects the Admin" rel="nofollow">in & Projects Department. Specifically, they were to delve pursue the Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and the Platform Communication Systems for the Military Vehicles. Follow-up entails monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing and evaluatin" rel="nofollow">ing the impacts of projects to manage and communicate about the performance of the project. The aim of the assessment was monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing; to establish their success along with the skills gain" rel="nofollow">ined and enhanced. However, this was not possible because of the public holiday. They started workin" rel="nofollow">ing on them in" rel="nofollow">in the fifth week, notwithstandin" rel="nofollow">ing. Internal follow-up was a critical piece in" rel="nofollow">in the plannin" rel="nofollow">ing process of the two projects. Durin" rel="nofollow">ing this phase, in" rel="nofollow">in accordance with Baars prescription for a successful follow-up , everythin" rel="nofollow">ing was prepared that was necessary to warrant sustain" rel="nofollow">inability when the projects are completed. There are various aspects assessed by the in" rel="nofollow">interns to ensure that the tasks were sustain" rel="nofollow">inable. First, the projects were operational and were bein" rel="nofollow">ing used. For in" rel="nofollow">instance, the department actively engaged the members in" rel="nofollow">in crisis management train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing, a crucial component of military operations. On the other hand, the unit had put in" rel="nofollow">in place dynamic personnel (in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing Interns) to follow-up the platform communication systems project. Secondly, the projects were deliverin" rel="nofollow">ing an opposite level of benefits. Benefit levels are appraised in" rel="nofollow">in terms of quantity, quality, convenience, and contin" rel="nofollow">inuity to all. For example, the crisis management train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing had sufficient content to be covered. Precisely, there were some military-relevant aspects encompassed. They in" rel="nofollow">included the in" rel="nofollow">introduction to crisis management, in" rel="nofollow">incidence management, crisis leadership, team buildin" rel="nofollow">ing, crisis communication protocols, social media protocols, log keepin" rel="nofollow">ing, support, in" rel="nofollow">information management, situational awareness and decision makin" rel="nofollow">ing when under pressure. By the fifth week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns had conveniently covered the in" rel="nofollow">introduction to crisis management, in" rel="nofollow">incidence management, crisis leadership, team buildin" rel="nofollow">ing, crisis communication protocols, social media protocols, and log keepin" rel="nofollow">ing. Meanwhile, the platform communication systems for military vehicles project was underway. As explain" rel="nofollow">ined in" rel="nofollow">in the previous report (Internship Develop Log 3), the purpose of this project is to facilitate faster, safer, and secure communication among the military troops. Durin" rel="nofollow">ing the week 5, the systems were under procurement. The Admin" rel="nofollow">in & Projects Department had put in" rel="nofollow">in place in" rel="nofollow">interns to closely follow-up the in" rel="nofollow">installation process. There was adequate personnel to accomplish this task. Consequently, as far as the two projects are concerned, they are operational and have the right personnel in" rel="nofollow">in place to ensure their success. Meanwhile, the in" rel="nofollow">interns gain" rel="nofollow">ined and enhanced their skills durin" rel="nofollow">ing the week. In the third week, they were required to work in" rel="nofollow">in teams. They covered important elements for teamwork durin" rel="nofollow">ing the crisis communication train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing. Such in" rel="nofollow">included crisis leadership and team buildin" rel="nofollow">ing. Consequently, they acquired and enhanced their leadership and team buildin" rel="nofollow">ing skills. Among other thin" rel="nofollow">ings, the leadership within" rel="nofollow">in the teams was efficient. The team leaders promoted honesty, effective communication, flexibility, consistency, and conviction. At the same time, sin" rel="nofollow">ince the teams are made up of culturally diverse people, the in" rel="nofollow">interns professionally worked in" rel="nofollow">in the multicultural environment. Imperatively, they were willin" rel="nofollow">ing to learn from it to promote the company’s standard ethics of conduct and professionalism. At the personal level, the in" rel="nofollow">interns translated the theoretical aspects of security and strategy studies in" rel="nofollow">into actual operation. For example, they were able to decode communication strategies theories in" rel="nofollow">in military operation features. Such features in" rel="nofollow">included contin" rel="nofollow">inuous fault monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing alongside warnin" rel="nofollow">ing, monitorin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">individual control of the radio, and so on. More so, among other thin" rel="nofollow">ings, they gain" rel="nofollow">ined experience in" rel="nofollow">in in" rel="nofollow">intercom access, displays, in" rel="nofollow">individual volume controls, selective callin" rel="nofollow">ing within" rel="nofollow">in the military operations. In the sixth week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns will embark on evaluation aspect of the follow-up phase. They will appraise the two projects in" rel="nofollow">in terms of their convenience, contin" rel="nofollow">inuity, management, operation, main" rel="nofollow">intenance, admin" rel="nofollow">inistration, impacts on the environment and so on. References Baars, Wouter. Project Management Handbook Version 1.1 - July 2006. The Hague: Data Archivin" rel="nofollow">ing and Networked Services, 2006. Week 6 Durin" rel="nofollow">ing the sixth week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns embarked on evaluatin" rel="nofollow">ing the two main" rel="nofollow">in projects at the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects Department. The projects are the Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and the Platform Communication Systems for the Military Vehicles. Throughout the week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns looked in" rel="nofollow">into certain" rel="nofollow">in elements of those ventures. Such in" rel="nofollow">included their operation, admin" rel="nofollow">inistration, convenience and so on. This report appraises that the two assignments are doin" rel="nofollow">ing well. The Crisis Management Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing was goin" rel="nofollow">ing on as planned. To evaluate this program, the in" rel="nofollow">interns used the Four-Level Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing Evaluation Model by Kirkpatrick’s. The four levels in" rel="nofollow">included 1- Reaction, 2- Learnin" rel="nofollow">ing, 3- Behavior and 4- Results . This model ensured objectivity from the in" rel="nofollow">interns when they analyzed the effectiveness and impact of the train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing. Based on the first level of measure, the train" rel="nofollow">inees reacted positively to the facilitators. They in" rel="nofollow">interacted with the in" rel="nofollow">instructors at a personal level by askin" rel="nofollow">ing and answerin" rel="nofollow">ing questions, participatin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in presentations and so on. Accordin" rel="nofollow">ingly, the presentation of the program curriculum was convenient. In terms of Learnin" rel="nofollow">ing, the train" rel="nofollow">inees had achieved a set of skills, knowledge and attitude. For in" rel="nofollow">instance, they were able to demonstrate crisis communication protocols, log keepin" rel="nofollow">ing, situational awareness and so on. The demonstrations were convenient for the day-to-day crisis management situations. Behavior was another key area of assessment. Durin" rel="nofollow">ing the train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing, the in" rel="nofollow">interns noted that the in" rel="nofollow">interns were more vigilant. For in" rel="nofollow">instance, the exit doors were free from obstructions such as litter bin" rel="nofollow">ins. They also pushed their seats under the table to min" rel="nofollow">inimize hitches in" rel="nofollow">in the case of emergencies. Lastly, while the program is still underway, it has achieved some results. Aforementioned, the employees are practicin" rel="nofollow">ing safety acts. The program’s processes are operational. Indeed, the Department prepared effectively, and currently managin" rel="nofollow">ing the program well. Meanwhile, the Platform Communication Systems for the Military Vehicles program was achievin" rel="nofollow">ing its objectives. Naik believes that project evaluation assists in" rel="nofollow">in determin" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing whether the venture is fulfillin" rel="nofollow">ing its aims . As such, the in" rel="nofollow">interns ascribed to that noble position. They established that communication between the teams was faster, richer and flexible with modern communication tools such as smart phones. Also, the project was convenient because the military is implementin" rel="nofollow">ing communications revolution. Information exchange among the program teams is effective. They have leveraged IP technologies for virtual communication usin" rel="nofollow">ing other gadgets such as satellite, mobile and handheld radios and sensors among others. Despite the impressive communication developments, the project is not only costly but also complex. For in" rel="nofollow">instance, two teams of fourteen personnel manage its different activities. A project that runs different activities may make it impossible to get a clear image of its overall effectiveness. Nonetheless, the teams demonstrated top-notch professionalism in" rel="nofollow">in their undertakin" rel="nofollow">ings. The in" rel="nofollow">interns found that they were never late to report to meetin" rel="nofollow">ings and main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">ined in" rel="nofollow">integrity, especially with the tenders. There is hope for the program because it exploits the smart phone technology applications. The system design is that it is easy to in" rel="nofollow">install. It also has easy setup procedure for the crew to follow. With such apps, troops can control, analyze, and do other sophisticated security tasks anywhere. At the same time, their commanders can distribute crucial documents quicker. Generally, the two projects are runnin" rel="nofollow">ing competently. In the seventh week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns and Follow Up Section will develop a feedback. The document will be submitted to the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects Department. References Naik Pandu G. Train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and Development: Text, Research, and Cases. New Delhi: Excel Books, 2007. Week 7 In the sixth week, the in" rel="nofollow">interns were required to evaluate the two main" rel="nofollow">in projects that had been carried out within" rel="nofollow">in the time frame of the in" rel="nofollow">internship. The projects were carried out within" rel="nofollow">in the Admin" rel="nofollow">in and Projects Department and they in" rel="nofollow">involved the Crisis management train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing and the development of a communication platform for the military vehicles. As such, the in" rel="nofollow">interns were fully occupied with evaluatin" rel="nofollow">ing the two projects with an in" rel="nofollow">in depth approach while applyin" rel="nofollow">ing much of the skills learned in" rel="nofollow">in the course and critical thin" rel="nofollow">inkin" rel="nofollow">ing skills developed in" rel="nofollow">in class. The evaluation established aspects such as the effectiveness and the implementation elements with a relation to the operations and the admin" rel="nofollow">inistrative approaches. This relative to the fact that, the department in" rel="nofollow">in question is tasked with evaluatin" rel="nofollow">ing the admin" rel="nofollow">inistrative characteristics of any project that the section is in" rel="nofollow">involved in" rel="nofollow">in. as such, for the people workin" rel="nofollow">ing under this department, it was crucial that they are able to establish the admin" rel="nofollow">inistrative and operational aspects of any projects that they are in" rel="nofollow">involved in" rel="nofollow">in, and by extension the department. In the seventh week, there were some very subtle developments that came with reference to the feedback on the two projects. With reference to the crisis management, the in" rel="nofollow">interns were able to establish that, for them to fully in" rel="nofollow">integrate the various aspects of the programs set out they needed some very crucial understandin" rel="nofollow">ing of the basic components.
