1) Choose a topic about Italian food culture you would like to know more about from an Italian and/or Italian American.
2) Devise your set of questions (at least 10 of them).
3) Look for someone (or even more than one) to interview (he/she must be Italian or Italian American).
4) Complete the interview over the phone or alike (please, respect social distancing).
5) Prepare a 1,000-word narrative with an introduction, the main body and the conclusion. Don't forget to integrate the readings, namely Dickie's book
