In your 4 page paper please answer the following 4 sections. 1. How important are interview skills? 2. The skills of interviewing, are they a learned trait or something that we are born with? 3. What happens when we illegally illicit a confession? How does the fruit of the poisonous tree play out in the court?

4. If you were placed in the moral dilemma of letting a child serial killer go free, and you could fabricate a confession or illegally attain one, would you? If you don't fabricate the evidence what would happen? The evidence is irrefutable; he is 100% guilty can you live with doing something illegal for the greater good?
