Part I—Inventory Cutoff
Only merchandise shipped by the Namtip to customers up to and in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing on December 30, 2015, has been elimin" rel="nofollow">inated from its in" rel="nofollow">inventory in" rel="nofollow">in its accountin" rel="nofollow">ing records. The annual physical in" rel="nofollow">inventory count

4. The amount shown in" rel="nofollow">in the machin" rel="nofollow">inery and equipment asset retirement column represents cash received on September 5 upon disposal of a machin" rel="nofollow">ine purchased in" rel="nofollow">in July 2011 for $48,000. The chief
accountant recorded depreciation expense of $3,500 on this machin" rel="nofollow">ine in" rel="nofollow">in 2015.
5. Harbor City donated land and a buildin" rel="nofollow">ing appraised at $100,000 and $400,000, respectively, to Namtip, Ltd. for a plant. On September 1, the company began operatin" rel="nofollow">ing the plant. Sin" rel="nofollow">ince no costs were
