Please include the following: • Topics of discussion/assignments • Relevant abilities • Field accomplishments • Field areas of future explorations/concerns; No reference is needed During this week we focus on Advocacy please find a sample of the journal   t should look like during this week, my focus was on diversity in practice. My supervisor and I are going to cover this area in our study to identify different aspects of diversity and how it influences the community at large. We spared some time discussing deeply on the different practices individuals do on a day to day basis according to the factors that stimulate the practices. Due to the new encounter with different people and not knowing the straight way forward, I am still on the verge of understanding the concept behind the practices before developing questions based on the study. On engaging myself with diversity, I was able to identify the beliefs and values I have towards the different practices from different individuals. I was able to from a strategic plan on how to equally balance the practices based on age, ethical background, culture and many more to prevent the situation of been biased on one of the practices. I was able to achieve this with the help of my field instructor. During this study, different questions came about, for example, how my cultural heritage was making an impact on the different cultures in the society? I was able to articulate based on my understanding on how it feels been a minority in the society and how the experience influences certain privileges or marginalization. I was able to recognize their understanding on how difference is important in shaping the experiences in life. I viewed myself as learner in terms of identifying the clients who are different in terms race, religion, and origin in terms of nationality by using those clients as a source for collecting the data.less Additional materials:lessless Additional materials:
