Identify a health care organization near your home or school that has a website describing their services.
From their website, create a Knowledge Acquisition (KA) Plan with a draft process inventory and agenda for your first two meetings with clinic providers and staff. At this point, assume that you do not have personal contact with the clinic, and thus, you cannot yet list process participants or questions to ask them.
The Knowledge Acquisition plan including process inventory should follow the table of contents in the slides (your PowerPoint Lecture slides - Lecture C, slide 13) and should be no longer than 5 pages, 1 inch margins on all sides and 12 point font. The plan should be something that you would be proud to use in an actual meeting with this clinic.
