RESEARCH PAPER ASSIGNMENT
Write a paper of 1500-2000 words in" rel="nofollow">in which you explore a language policy issue related to the multilin" rel="nofollow">ingual context of Los Angeles. Your paper should fit in" rel="nofollow">into one of three broad areas outlin" rel="nofollow">ined in" rel="nofollow">in the topics below. You will need to use a min" rel="nofollow">inimum of 15 different sources to write this essay. These sources should be scholarly/professional in" rel="nofollow">in nature and should generally come from professional journals and books, or academic, professional and government web sites. (Examples of appropriate sources and sites will be provided in" rel="nofollow">in class.) You must submit copies of sources you in" rel="nofollow">intend to use in" rel="nofollow">in your paper
for in" rel="nofollow">instructor approval before usin" rel="nofollow">ing them. You must cite your sources of in" rel="nofollow">information, usin" rel="nofollow">ing the MLA format, and you need to in" rel="nofollow">include a reference list at the end of your essay, again" rel="nofollow">in in" rel="nofollow">in the MLA format.
