LAW - ADR PRACTICAL REPORT Order Description Practical Exercise Report In 500-750 words: 1. Evaluate the outcome of the negotiation, from the perspective of your Party. 2. Identify the principal factors responsible for the outcome. 3. Assess your own contribution to the process. Your report must include a clear, concise description of the objectives set for your Party at the outset of the exercise. Your evaluation and analysis should explicitly incorporate the concepts identified and discussed in the required readings (with appropriate citation), wherever these are relevant.
