For this week’s assignment you will be interviewing a leader in the LTC industry by phone or in person and
writing a paper about your interaction. Ask your own questions in order to answer the Learning Objective
01.01, “Explain the reasons for the similarities and differences between key LTC service organizational
structures.” This is sure to be a real-world, eye opening experience as you ask the person you are
interviewing for candid responses.
If the person feels comfortable including his or her name and job title, please include that information. You
may choose to also include cited research that you have performed to substantiate the responses you
received. Your interview paper should be a minimum of 650 words.
