Here is a scenario: The female president of your company is married and has 3 children. She is active in" rel="nofollow">in many community organizations and attends church regularly. Recently, she was caught cheatin" rel="nofollow">ing on her husband with the CEO of another company. A media firestorm developed and she was fired. In the same company, there are at least 5 extramarital affairs goin" rel="nofollow">ing on with hourly employees, but no one is payin" rel="nofollow">ing any attention to them. In fact we are lookin" rel="nofollow">ing the other way and "min" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ing our own busin" rel="nofollow">iness". So, what makes this in" rel="nofollow">infidelity a reason to fire the president? Do you thin" rel="nofollow">ink leaders should have more strict guidelin" rel="nofollow">ines for ethical behavior than the rest of us in" rel="nofollow">in the workplace? Or does it matter what the unethical behavior is?
