Mention in answers that as a student i came a tong way as to understand the importance of leadership and how to become a successful leader, not only from this class but also from other classes i previously took in uni, who gave me some insight or an idea on what constitutes a good leader. Concerning the project work, mention that it was a bit challenging in the beginning but later everything went smoothly. some members were a bit timid and lazy in the beginning but as soon as we assigned roles everyone became productive. we were 4 members in the group, other than that you can add whatever in regards to issues while working and all that.
