Leadership derailment

    While a lot of research has been conducted on what makes for effective leadership, there is also a good amount of research on why leaders derail, falter and fail. In this assignment you are to conduct a literature review on the topic of leadership   What is a literature review? It requires you to search the academic literature on this subject and report a summary ofthis research. Based upon your research develop a list of reasons/factors contributing to leadership failure and describe why these factors lead to derailment. Speculate on what can be done to mitigate or minimize these factors in organizations.
