  Discuss; "Leadership is considered more important than it should be", 1. This is an ARGUMENT essay. Your argument must have a clear, logical structure in the finished essay. This means explicit SECTIONS, that each deal with a particular aspect of your core argument, and an Introduction, that tells the reader WHAT you will argue and HOW you will structure your argument. Body (3 sections), in each body sections, finish with your own arguments/ideas. Your essay must have a Conclusion which summaries, again, your ARGUMENT and how you developed this in the main sections of your essay. 2. This essay can not be used outside sources. You only can use the sources that I will attach later in "additional files". Please note: NO OUTSIDE SOURCES. Essay Structure: 1. The essay is organized aroud a core argument that relates to the question asked. 2. A very clearly presented Introduction is provided that tells the reader what you will argue and in what sections. 3. The essay is organized around an explicit structure, using a small number of sections to very good effect to address the question. There is good, succinct linking between sections. 4. A Conclusion is provided which summarizes the core argument very well, explicitly links back to the essay question, and rounds the essay off well. Note*** not to simply reproduce taken-for-granted assertions about the importanct of leadership. *** general discussion of leadership drawn from sources that do not demonstrate engagement with the readings, ideas and syllabus of this unit will result in a fail mark.
