They decide to start a eco friendly buildin" rel="nofollow">ing busin" rel="nofollow">iness, Ecohouse Pty Limited, which will be based on the UC campus’ busin" rel="nofollow">iness hub. Chris and Mohammad’s busin" rel="nofollow">iness plan is to use their connections with UC's clubs and societies and Masters Builders connections through UC teachin" rel="nofollow">ing staff to establish a client base and build a portfolio before they graduate. They will then be able to expand Ecohouse in" rel="nofollow">into the broader Canberra and in" rel="nofollow">interstate marketplace and launch their buildin" rel="nofollow">ing and construction careers. Ecohouse’s first job is organisin" rel="nofollow">ing, managin" rel="nofollow">ing and buildin" rel="nofollow">ing the construction of the new state of the art e-court for the Faculty of Busin" rel="nofollow">iness, Government & Law. The Faculty is particularly keen to support student enterprise, and the construction proceeds smoothly. Chris and Mohammad are able to use some photographs of the construction progress on their website, and also to promote both the Faculty and Ecohouse on Facebook and Twitter. Social media will be a key tool for Ecohouse’ promotion. Ecohouse is off to a flyin" rel="nofollow">ing start! Shortly afterwards, Ecohouse is approached by Constructions of Canberra, to propmote, manage and construct the new UC teachin" rel="nofollow">ing hospital. The UC turns the campus in" rel="nofollow">into an area of medical skills and buildin" rel="nofollow">ing for an entire weekend.. Unfortunately, the display coin" rel="nofollow">incides with the ANU Teachin" rel="nofollow">ing medical facilities open day. And the ANU medical society is not happy about it. Schedulin" rel="nofollow">ing two such events on the same day appears to split Canberra's in" rel="nofollow">interested patrons and parties with vested in" rel="nofollow">interest, resultin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in lower turn out and ticket sales at both events. Fortunately for Chris and Mohammad, the UC’s Ecohouse onlin" rel="nofollow">ine marketin" rel="nofollow">ing strategy is workin" rel="nofollow">ing the crowd is far bigger than anticipated. The ANU resorts to takin" rel="nofollow">ing to Twitter to vent their displeasure, tweetin" rel="nofollow">ing, "Chris at Ecohouse is a selfish bastard" and 'What does Chris and Mohammad at Ecohouse know about constructin" rel="nofollow">ing a teachin" rel="nofollow">ing facility anyway?' After the event, Chris and Mohammad post several photos from the event on the Facebook pages for Ecohouse and for UC. Not everyone is happy, however. Jenny, a long-time staff member of UC, is disturbed by a photo of herself posin" rel="nofollow">ing with medical equipment whilst wearin" rel="nofollow">ing a hard hat. Everyone knows Jenny is a show-off, and the photo was an ironic pose. She didn't realise that it would end up on Facebook, tagged to her profile so that all her friends would see it.
