Explain in letter how what the mother has been thru and how she has had to all her life fight Explain how discrimination and explain how she has had to fight her whole life . Explain that disability should not be a factor in a child custody case. Explain to the judge all the accomplishments she has done without the help of any African American or white people . Explain to the judge that just like all the African American black people she too discriminated and judged the mother because of her disability . Let the judge know she been homeless and rapped and beaten . And the rap was forced on her at the hands of her 13 year old daughter father . Explain to the judge how she went hungry for days when the father had the child . Make the judge see that justice was not served. That she as a black judge did just like the black social workers and counselors and all the black people in her life . Explain that it has always been foreigners who have helped and given her the respect that she needs .. Explain all the accomplishments she has done with out the help of any African Americans black people
