I was terminated from my job(case manager) of almost 18yrs from the city of New York Human Resources Administration. There was no due process given to me before disciplinary action was taken. I graduated from College 2000 and got this job 2000, I did my best to service my client without any problem doing my job till this problem came up. I was forced to resign to avoid termination but cannot work with any city agency. It has caused a lot of hardship for my family, a single parent with three children. my daughters cannot achieve her dream again because I have no money for the Kaplan test.; I also have a special child sitting at home doing nothing, to crown it up I have a terminal sickness. I am 53yrs and is difficult to start another career at this age.
