You will write a 5-6 page literary analysis on the story using zero outside sources. I only want you to use readings of the literature without any outside analysis, context, or scholarship.
I am very much open to what you want to write about, and, as a result, do not have any specific prompts. I find giving out question prompts somewhat limiting and students typically fall back on them thinking that is what I want to see answers to, but I really am more interested in your ideas than the questions I would come up with. However, if you are stuck I recommend thinking about the course questions and the bolded themes that are throughout the notes as a starting point.
